The Warehouse (also called the Warehouse District) is a location in F.E.A.R. Extraction Point and F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate, located near the Church in the fictional city of Fairport.
Because the Warehouse District is only seen in the non-canon Extraction Point, it can be assumed that this location does not exist in the official canon of the series.

Layout
The Warehouse District is composed of what appears to be several abandoned buildings, which are occupied by Replica Forces (one of which is a squad called Echo Six, stationed at the 'first marker') by the time the Point Man arrives there. Several shipments from foreign countries can be seen in some of the warehouses and in large container yards, although who owns most of them is unknown. In addition, a large portion of the area housed a construction site. Based on multiple dead bodies found throughout, it can be assumed that Sullivan Shipping and Receiving own a majority of the warehouses, and possibly the construction site.
F.E.A.R. Extraction Point
The Point Man flees to the Warehouse District after suffering a brutal attack by Alma Wade in the nearby church. In front of a warehouse owned by Sullivan Shipping and Receiving, he meets with Delta Force operative Douglas Holiday, but the pair are separated by gunfire shortly from the Replica Forces.
The Point Man later attempts to rendezvous with Holiday, only to see Holiday be gruesomely slaughtered by Alma's Apparitions.
F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate

The Warehouse District is once again visited in F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate, seen when the Sergeant passes through it while searching for the Vault. Within one warehouse, he discovers Gavin Morrison locked in a cage, and is able to release him.
As in Extraction Point, it is a typical warehouse, backed by an abandoned train yard. Replica Forces and several Replica REV6 Powered Armors are found within or around the warehouse, attempting to impede the Sergeant from stopping the Nightcrawlers in their quest to steal the DNA of Alma Wade and Paxton Fettel.
